Unleavened Bread Muffins

1 Corinthians 11:23

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour (flour should not have baking soda or baking powder or any other rising(leavening) agent in it

2 cups of brown sugar

4 eggs

2 sticks of butter melted

You can add your flavor to bread like white chocolate or raisins or nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, Mix flour and brown sugar in a large bowl until lumps are gone. Add eggs and melted butter, mix until well blended with no lumps in batter, Spray muffin pan with non stick spray so bread doesn't stick. Fill each muffin slot until half full, bake for 15 minutes or until brown. Remove muffins from pan right away to prevent sticking. Place on flat surface not on top of each other or they will stick together, allow muffins to cool for a few minutes.

FETA TOMATOE & OLIVE SALAD

1.  1 head romaine lettuce (about 1 pound), trimmed of tough stems &torn into bite sized pieces  

2. 6 ounces kalamata olives about 1 cup

3. 1/2 pound feta cheese crumbled

4. 1 cucumber trimmed cut into 1 inch chunks

5. 12 ounces vine ripened cherry tomatoes halved

6. 1 small red onion, cut into 1/2 inch wedges

7. 1 green pepper trimmed, seeded and diced

8. Greek or Italian Dressing  

When READY to serve: In a large bowl lightly toss the lettuce with dressing. Divide lettuce into individual bowls and scatter toppings over the top of greens

Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups of Cubed or Chopped Chicken (COLD ROTISSERIE IS BEST)
  • 1/3 cup of Celery Chopped
  • 1/3 cup of Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of Pecans
  • 1 cup of MAYO or more if you desire
  • 2 tbsp of sugar MORE or LESS according to your liking
  • 2 hard boiled egg whites chopped (Cooking them Friday before evening and letting them sit overnight should be fine remember EXODUS 35:3) 
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • In a mixing bowl combine chicken, celery, cranberries, pecans, & egg whites
  • Add mayo and sugar (taste as you go, add more if you need to)
  • PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER
  • Make a sandwich or eat with crackers
  • ENJOY YOUR SABBATH!!!
